At Drift HQ, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit your build or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned components, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
